Hokulia Development Settlement Reached
Two and a half years after the Hokulia luxury subdivision was declared an illegal use of agricultural land, the judge who made the ruling dropped it Tuesday, clearing the way for the development's remobilization. "We overcame and solved our differences," said Lyle Anderson, president of the company developing the 665-lot luxury subdivision makai of Kealakekua. Ground Work Starts on Hualalai Vistas Subdivision
Isemoto, Inc. started grading work on the new Hualalai Vistas subdivision, which is being developed by Chris Clever and his business partner. It will consist of 45 one acre parcels with underground utilities. Lots will be going on sale later this year.
